Booking & Confirmation

• All tour bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• The journey is planned as per the discussion on call/WhatsApp and the itinerary shared with the guest.
• Booking shall be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• Once confirmed, the booking is considered final.

Payment Policy

• Advance payment is mandatory to block hotels and transportation.
• The balance amount must be paid before tour commencement or on arrival, as informed.
• Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of services without any refund.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (Strictly No Refund)

• All payments made are strictly non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
• In case of cancellation by the guest at any stage, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances.
• No-show, late arrival, early departure, or unused services will not be eligible for any refund.
• Amount paid is non-transferable and non-adjustable for any future booking.

Hotel Policy

• Hotels are provided as per the category mentioned in the itinerary, not by specific hotel name unless confirmed in writing.
• Check-in and check-out times are subject to respective hotel policies.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
• Room allocation depends on hotel availability at the time of confirmation.

Transportation Policy

• Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and passenger count.
• AC may not operate in certain weather conditions or hilly areas as per transport regulations.
• Vehicle usage is limited to the mentioned itinerary only.
• Extra sightseeing, waiting time, or route changes will be chargeable.

Sightseeing & Temple Visit Policy

• Sightseeing will be covered as per the itinerary and time availability.
• Temple darshan depends on crowd, temple timings, and local administration rules.
• VIP darshan, special entry tickets, pooja charges, and guide services are not included unless clearly specified.

Force Majeure

• Vats Travels & Holidays shall not be responsible for delays or changes due to natural calamities, weather conditions, roadblocks, strikes, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• No refund will be applicable in such situations.
• Any additional expenses arising due to these conditions shall be borne by the guest.

Guest Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour.
• Travel Vats shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
• Guests must carry valid government-issued photo ID during the tour.

Liability Disclaimer

• Vats Travels & Holidays acts solely as a travel facilitator and is not responsible for any injury, accident, delay, loss, or damage caused by third-party service providers.
• Any dispute shall be subject to Mathura jurisdiction only.

General Notes

• Itinerary timings are approximate and may change due to local conditions.
• Religious destinations require adherence to local customs and temple guidelines.
• Smoking, alcohol, and prohibited items are not allowed in temple premises.
